"Peeps Krispies Treats unsurprisingly taste sweeter and more Peepsy (read: chemical preservatives) than regular Rice Krispies Treats."

Peeps are meant to be consumed in weird ways. Name any food out there and it can be Peepified. That doesn't mean it should be, but it always makes for an entertaining afternoon. In my experience, it's worth it if only because the first person to try the results of a Peeps experiment inevitably has either a really happy (sugar fiends) or really horrified face.
