Rice Wine and Soy Sauce Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons finely grated garlic

  • 2 tablespoons peeled and finely grated ginger

  • 1 fresh bird's eye chile, seeded and chopped

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix. The vinaigrette will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
